VIP-Booking.com Launches Free Artist Application Platform
VIP-Booking.com has announced the launch of BandPitch PRO, a free online platform designed to help venue and festival bookers manage, review and respond to incoming artist applications through a centralised dashboard.
The new service, launching in beta on 5 November 2026, allows booking teams to handle artist submissions, evaluate potential acts and communicate with applicants without relying on traditional email-based processes.
Developed as an extension of BandPitch, which connects emerging artists with a network of more than 22,000 booking agents, artist managers and venue and festival bookers, BandPitch PRO focuses on the receiving side of artist applications.
Centralised Application Management
Venues and festivals using BandPitch PRO receive a dedicated application link and QR code that can be published on their websites, shared through social media or used for specific events and artist open calls.
Artists submit their applications through a structured form containing information such as genre, biography, line-up, live experience, images and links to music on platforms including Spotify, YouTube and SoundCloud.
Applications are automatically collected in a shared dashboard where booking teams can review submissions, listen to music, rate artists, add internal notes and send responses.
The system combines individual team ratings to help identify suitable acts and create shortlists. Selected artists can subsequently be moved into negotiations and potential bookings.
Festivals can also organise submissions by individual events, allowing programming teams to manage multiple open calls.
Improving Communication with Artists
According to VIP-Booking.com, the platform was developed partly in response to the difficulties artists face when submitting music to venues and festivals, as well as the administrative workload faced by booking teams.

BandPitch PRO is available free of charge to venues and festivals, with no subscription fees, credit card requirements or contractual commitments. The service also allows an unlimited number of team members to access and manage applications.
