Dutch Festival Sees Slower Ticket Sales
Ticket sales for Dutch festival Lowlands are moving at a significantly slower pace than last year, with 88% of tickets sold less than two weeks before the 2026 edition.
The figure represents an estimated 57,000-plus tickets from the festival’s approximately 65,000 capacity, leaving several thousand tickets still available ahead of the event on 21-23 August.
The sales pattern marks a notable change from 2025, when Lowlands sold out within just 23 minutes after tickets went on sale.
Organisers announced the latest 88% sales figure via social media, as tickets remain on general sale for this year`s edition.
Lowlands Festival takes place at the Walibi Holland event grounds in Biddinghuizen and is one of the Netherlands’ largest multi-genre music and cultural festivals. Officially known as A Campingflight to Lowlands Paradise, the festival has been staged at Biddinghuizen since 1993 and is organised by Dutch concert and festival promoter MOJO.
Alongside its music programme, Lowlands features theatre, film, comedy, science and visual arts across 12 stages. The 2026 line-up includes Tyler, The Creator, Lorde and New Wave, among others.
Weekend tickets are priced at €365, including access to the three-day festival, four nights of camping, shuttle transport from Lelystad railway station and tourist tax. The festival does not offer day tickets.
