The·Team expands London office with new hires

Global music agency The·Team, recently rebranded from Wasserman Music, has announced a series of international promotions alongside two new London-based hires as it continues to develop its global touring business.

The company confirmed the recruitment of agents Belinda Law and Ishsha Bourguet, both joining its London office.

Law, who joins as vice president and agent, began her career at Premier Artists in Australia before relocating to London, where she held roles at Primary Talent International, Echo Location Talent Agency and most recently UTA. Her previous client work includes artists such as Diplo, Major Lazer and Dillon Francis.

Bourguet joins as director and agent, having started her career as a promoter and DJ, including work introducing UK bass music to South Africa. She later spent more than a decade at Echo Location Talent, representing artists including Tyla, Buju Banton and Mr Eazi.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Belinda and Ishsha to our team,” said Alex Hardee, EVP & managing executive at The·Team. “They each bring a deep understanding of the global touring landscape and share our artist-first mindset and collaborative approach to building careers. We’re excited to have them help drive the continued growth of our London office and broader international business.”

Global promotions across key divisions

Alongside the hires, The·Team has promoted several team members across its global divisions.

Those promoted include Carly Goldberg (director and agent), India Lawson (senior manager and agent), Seven Jarrett (manager and agent, festivals), Lauren LoLordo (manager and agent, performing arts centres) and Sean Merlin (manager and agent, tour marketing).

Goldberg, based in New York, will continue supporting global touring activity while developing performance opportunities for her roster.

London-based Lawson works with artists including Eliza Rose and Sherelle, while Jarrett focuses on festival bookings and relationships with promoters worldwide.

LoLordo, based in Chicago, continues to expand opportunities across the casino and performing arts centre circuit, and Merlin, in Los Angeles, works on global tour marketing strategies.

Focus on internal talent development

“Nurturing the careers of talented members of our global team is core to our culture and the way we serve our artists,” added Lee Anderson, president of The·Team’s music group. “Carly, India, Seven, Lauren and Sean have each made meaningful contributions to our business and to the artists we represent. We’re proud to recognise their hard work and leadership with these well-earned promotions and excited to see them continue growing.”
