ATC Group Plans AIM Listing and Secures New Investment

UK based ATC Group has announced plans to list on the UK’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM) alongside a new investment round targeting £8.6 million before expenses.

The additional funding is intended to support the expansion of ATC’s integrated, data-driven business model, which spans artist and songwriter representation (ATC Management, ROAM, Raw Power, ATC Composers, Real Life Management), creator-business services (Sandbag, Driift, Circa, companyX) and events and experiences (ATC Experience, Joy Entertainment Group, ATC LiveX).

The Group currently supports more than 900 clients across its portfolio, providing a range of services aimed at helping artists and creators build sustainable careers.

ATC said the listing and new capital will strengthen its ability to invest in direct-to-fan platforms, artist-centric technologies and new partnerships across management, agency and creative services.

ATC Group has also confirmed key additions to its senior leadership team. James Patterson has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Patterson previously served as VP of Global Operations & Market Development at The Trade Desk, where he oversaw international expansion. In addition, Cliff Fluet, partner at Lewis Silkin LLP, joins the board as a Non-Executive Director.

CEO Adam Driscoll (pictured) stated "Our move to AIM marks a natural evolution to supporting ATC Group`s long-term growth ambitions and ensures we are well-positioned to expand the creative and commercial opportunities available to our clients. There are exciting times ahead."

Since its IPO in 2021, ATC has expanded through a series of acquisitions, including merchandising company Sandbag, promoter Joy Entertainment Group, Brighton venues Concorde 2 and Volks, management and label Easy Life Entertainment, and Raw Power Management.

In 2025, ATC Live merged with Arrival Artists to launch ROAM, now the world’s largest independent live booking agency, operating from offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Paris and Glasgow.

ATC’s management roster includes Nick Cave, PJ Harvey, The Smile, Sleaford Mods, Johnny Marr and Yaeji. ROAM represents more than 800 artists, among them The Lumineers, Japanese Breakfast, Sufjan Stevens, Black Pumas, Big Thief, Fontaines D.C., Jungle, Khruangbin, Metronomy, Mt. Joy and Royel Otis.

ATC Group is headquartered in London with additional offices in Los Angeles, New York and Europe.
