Sick New World festival 2025 canceled

Las Vegas-based metal festival Sick New World has canceled its 2025 event, just two months after unveiling a high-profile lineup headlined by Metallica and Linkin Park. Other acts slated to perform included Queens of the Stone Age, AFI, Evanescence, and Gojira. Festival organizers shared the news via their official website and social media, citing "unforeseen circumstances" as the reason for canceling the April 12, 2025, event. “It is with great disappointment that we announce that Sick New World will no longer take place in Las Vegas on April 12, 2025. Despite our best efforts, we’ve encountered unforeseen circumstances that we are unable to overcome for next year’s show.
