Maxie Gedge joins ROAM as Head of Artist Delivery
ROAM has appointed Maxie Gedge as Head of Artist Delivery, a newly created role within the global live booking agency.
Gedge joins ROAM from Secretly Group, where she worked as European Project Manager and coordinated album campaigns for artists including Mitski and Phoebe Bridgers.
In her new role, she will be responsible for end-to-end artist delivery across ROAM’s roster, including team development, internal processes and operational support across the agency’s UK and European operations.
The appointment comes as ROAM continues to expand its internal infrastructure following a period of growth.

Gedge has previously worked across festivals, venues and talent development organisations and has programmed hundreds of live shows.
Before joining Secretly Group in 2021, she worked as Communications Co-Ordinator at PRS Foundation and as Project Manager at Keychange, the international initiative working towards gender equality in the music industry.
She has also been recognised on the shesaid.so Alternative Power 100 List, the Music Week Women in Music Roll of Honour and IQ Magazine’s LGBTIQ+ List. Her industry jury work has included MOBO Unsung, the SAY Awards and the BRIT Awards.

ROAM was launched in September 2025 and operates from six offices worldwide. The independent booking agency employs more than 80 staff and represents more than 900 artists.
Its roster includes Fontaines D.C., Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, PJ Harvey, The Lumineers, Japanese Breakfast, Sufjan Stevens, Mac DeMarco, Madness, Amyl & The Sniffers, Big Thief, Black Pumas, Jungle, Khruangbin, Mk.gee, Mt. Joy and Royel Otis.
ROAM was named Booking Agency of the Year at the 2025 UK LIVE Awards.
