Live Nation has announced a long-term strategic partnership with the team behind the Munich Arena project, marking a significant step in the development of the new venue.
The arena, which will be located in the northern part of Munich near the city’s international airport, is designed to accommodate approximately 20,000 attendees.
The project is being led by Lorenz Schmid, Managing Director at SW Munich, in coordination with local authorities on planning and approvals.
According to a study by Deloitte, the venue is expected to contribute an estimated €354 million in annual gross value-added to the regional economy, with an additional €391 million projected during the construction period.
