US Promoter Messina Touring Group (MTG) has announced a wave of internal promotions aimed at accelerating its mission to modernize the live events industry through digital innovation and artist empowerment.
Nick Ayoub has been named Head of Digital Strategy and Operations, taking charge of MTG’s digital infrastructure and data strategy. Known for shaping digital campaigns for major stadium tours including Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran, Ayoub will now lead technology and cross-functional operations to enhance efficiency and artist control.
Kara Smoak has been promoted to Director of Digital Marketing, continuing her creative leadership for MTG’s top-tier country artists like George Strait, Eric Church, and Kenny Chesney. She’s credited with strategic campaigns for over 100 stadium shows.
Meesha Kosciolek steps into the role of Director of Production, Nashville, recognized for five years of tour leadership with stars like Blake Shelton and George Strait, while supporting the continued growth of MTG’s production arm.
Alvin Abshire becomes Digital Operations Manager, where he’ll streamline processes and support MTG’s digital evolution, following his extensive work on tours for Swift, Sheeran, and The Lumineers.
Lucy Freeman has been promoted to Digital Marketing Manager, leading campaigns for more than 450 shows since 2022 and driving both paid and organic strategies for arena and stadium tours.
Madison Machen now serves as Manager, Partnerships and Branding, spearheading strategies that merge music, tech, and influencer marketing across genres for artists like Ed Sheeran and Blake Shelton.
