Spanish Promoter Last Tour Appoints Yurdana Burgoa as CEO

Spanish live music promoter Last Tour Group has confirmed a change in its executive structure, appointing Yurdana Burgoa as Chief Executive Officer following a planned transition process. Founder and principal shareholder Alfonso Santiago will assume the role of President.

Last Tour is one of Spain’s leading independent concert and festival promoters, with live music promotion forming the core of its business for more than 20 years.

Burgoa, who has served for the past year as Deputy CEO and Director of Business Development and Public Affairs, will lead the group’s executive and operational strategy.

The company said the appointment is intended to support its next phase of growth and consolidation, reinforcing its focus on innovation and management development.

Santiago, who founded the company more than two decades ago, will continue to play a strategic role as Chairman, contributing his experience and overseeing alignment with the group’s mission, values and long-term direction.

As a promoter, Last Tour organises several major festivals, including Bilbao BBK Live, Azkena Rock Festival, Meo Kalorama and Pirineos Sur.

In addition to its festival portfolio, the company promotes tours for international artists, staging more than 500 concerts annually across Spain and other markets.

It also organises BIME, a music industry congress that will hold its 14th edition in Bilbao and its fifth edition in Bogotá this year.

The group employs more than 120 staff and is headquartered in Bilbao, with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Pamplona, Lisbon and Bogotá. A new branch in Mexico is planned for 2026.

Beyond live promotion, Last Tour manages cultural venues in the Basque Country, Navarre and Madrid, with additional projects scheduled for 2026 and 2027. Its portfolio also includes the publishing house Liburuak, which has released more than 45 titles, and the record label Oso Polita.
