Jon Moskowitz Joins Pyramid Entertainment Group
Veteran booking agent Jon Moskowitz has joined US-based Pyramid Entertainment Group, following a 15-year tenure at Universal Attractions Agency (UAA).
Moskowitz brings more than two decades of experience in live entertainment and artist representation.
During his time at UAA, he worked across a broad range of touring artists and packages, including George Clinton, Ludacris, Black Eyed Peas, UB40, Flo Rida, Rick Ross, Nelly, Ja Rule & Ashanti, Trey Songz, Mya, Morris Day, Sheila E. and the I Love The ’90s tour.
His move adds further depth to Pyramid Entertainment’s agency team as the company continues to represent artists across R&B, hip-hop, funk, pop, rock, jazz and gospel.
Founded in 1988 by Sal Michaels, Pyramid Entertainment Group represents a roster that includes Kool & The Gang, The Jacksons, Village People, Sister Sledge, The Pointer Sisters and Nelly.
Moskowitz said he was pleased to be joining the team built by Michaels alongside Seth Cohen, Douglas Varrichio and Virginia Aversano.
Michaels welcomed the appointment, pointing to Moskowitz’s industry experience and track record as an agent, while Cohen said he had known and worked alongside Moskowitz in the business for close to two decades.
