German agencies merge to form headline music

German independent live entertainment companies Headline Concerts and neuwerk music Management have merged to create a new company operating under the name headline music.
The merger took effect on September 1, 2026, following several years of collaboration between the two businesses. The companies said the combination brings together their artist rosters, networks and expertise across touring, events and artist management.
headline music will be headquartered in Bonn, with additional offices in Hamburg and Berlin.
Dirk Verseck of Headline Concerts described the merger as a milestone for the companies, adding that the closer structure would allow them to expand their work for artists, partners and audiences.
Pedram Sadighi of neuwerk music said the merger would enable the combined company to operate more flexibly in the market and offer a broader range of services to its partners.
According to the companies, day-to-day operations will continue without major changes for artists, venues and clients. Existing contacts and processes will remain in place under the new structure.
The combined company will continue to work across touring, club shows, festivals and artist management.
