Rock am Ring Reports Record-Breaking Start to 2027 Ticket Sales

Rock am Ring promoter PRK DreamHaus has reported the strongest advance ticket sales launch in the festival`s history, with 48,000 tickets sold within the first hour of sales opening for the 2027 edition.
Tickets for the festival went on sale at noon on 9 June, just days after the conclusion of the 2026 event at Germany`s Nürburgring. According to the organiser, demand surpassed all previous sales launches for the long-running rock festival.
The announcement follows a successful 2026 edition, which attracted approximately 90,000 attendees and sold out months ahead of the event. Tickets for this year`s festival were fully allocated by October 2025.
“The extraordinary atmosphere and enthusiasm we experienced at the Nürburgring last weekend are directly reflected in the advance ticket sales for 2027,” said Matt Schwarz, CEO of PRK DreamHaus and promoter of Rock am Ring. “This record-breaking start fills us with immense gratitude. Rock am Ring unites more generations of music fans today than ever before – and it is precisely this cross-generational passion that makes the festival so special.”
During the 2026 festival, PRK DreamHaus also revealed the first confirmed act for the 2027 edition. US pop-punk band blink-182 is set to make its debut appearance at Rock am Ring, marking the group`s first performance in the festival`s history.
No additional artists have been officially announced. However, fan speculation regarding the 2027 line-up has included names such as Die Toten Hosen, Foo Fighters, My Chemical Romance and System Of A Down.
Rock am Ring 2027 is scheduled to take place from 4–6 June at the Nürburgring in Germany`s Eifel region.
