The company said the hires reflect continued investment in expanding its global music infrastructure across artist services, international tour marketing and pricing strategy.

Based in New York, May will help lead strategic artist development initiatives across THE·TEAM’s music roster. She joins from WME, where she worked on commercial opportunities and cross-platform campaigns for artists.

“Julia brings a wealth of experience doing major deals for marquee talent,” said Vince Amoroso. “As we continue expanding our Artist Services capabilities, Julia will supercharge key areas of our business including artist development, partnership deals, and high-touch client services."

Based in Singapore, Thia joins THE·TEAM with more than 15 years of experience across the APAC region in integrated marketing, public relations and strategic partnerships. Most recently, she served as Head of Marketing at HIDDEN. In her new role, she will oversee tour marketing strategy across Asia, focusing on localized campaigns, market expansion and audience engagement.

Mukasa, who is based in London, joins from AEG Presents, where she worked across ticketing operations for venues ranging from clubs to stadiums. Prior to that, she spent four years as Box Office Manager at The Jazz Cafe in Camden.

In her new role, Mukasa will support pricing and ticketing strategy across THE·TEAM’s global music operations, with a focus on ticketing performance, market positioning and revenue strategy for tours and live events.

“Sheila and Sarah each bring deep expertise in two of the most critical areas of our business as we continue to grow globally,” said Sam Alpert. “Sheila has a deep understanding of how to build analytical and balanced strategies that serve both the artist and the fan, and Sarah brings a strong strategic marketing lens and a nuanced understanding of the APAC landscape. We’re excited to have them join the team as we continue building a more sophisticated global operation for our artists.”

THE·TEAM said its music division provides representation for artists across live performance, touring, brand partnerships and career development. The company operates across 28 countries and more than 70 cities worldwide, providing representation and marketing services across sports, music and entertainment.
