Dutch festival promoter appoints new Business Director

4PM Entertainment has appointed Rosanne Janmaat as Business Director, with immediate effect. She joins the company’s management team and will oversee financial and commercial strategy, as well as support the continued professionalisation of the organisation.
Based in Amsterdam, 4PM Entertainment is one of the Netherlands’ leading event promoters and producers. Founded in 2007, the company develops and operates a portfolio of large-scale festivals, concerts and branded live experiences, including concepts such as Kingsland Festival, Het Amsterdamse Winterparadijs and De Amsterdamse Zomer. The company’s activities span concept development, production, marketing and ticketing, with a focus on mass-attendance events and youth-oriented formats.
Janmaat joins from ID&T / Superstruct Entertainment, where she held several senior roles including Chief Operating Officer. In that capacity, she was involved in financial optimisation, organisational scaling, and transformation processes within the international festival business.
According to Managing Director Mitchel Bovenlander, the appointment aligns with the company’s growth ambitions. He described Janmaat as a leader with strong business insight and a clear vision for the future of the entertainment sector, adding that her experience supports the company’s objective to expand and strengthen its market position.
In her new role, Janmaat will focus on developing the company’s business structure, expanding strategic partnerships, and optimising commercial processes, particularly in a live entertainment market characterised by consolidation and scaling.
Janmaat said 4PM Entertainment represents a growing organisation with increasing numbers of events and visitors, noting that she aims to contribute to building a solid foundation for continued development, innovation, and long-term growth.
