CAA Promotes Six to Agent Positions in Global Touring

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) has promoted six staff members within its Global Touring department, elevating colleagues to agent and executive roles across touring, brand partnerships and marketing.

Jack Belkin has been promoted to Agent in the Global Touring department, where he will book tours for clients across the agency’s roster. Based in Los Angeles, Belkin joined CAA in 2021 after graduating from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.

Sydney Weltman has also been promoted to Agent in the Global Touring department. She joined CAA in New York in 2021 and is now based in Los Angeles. Weltman was previously promoted to Booking Specialist in 2022 and to Professional in July 2025.

Rhys France has been promoted to Agent within Global Touring and will focus on corporate and private engagements, including non-ticketed events, corporate gatherings, private celebrations and branded events. Based in London, France previously worked in Shanghai for five years booking music artists for live shows and brand partnerships. Before joining CAA in 2022 as an assistant in the Electronic Music division, he worked at Primary Talent International. He was promoted to Brand Partnerships Coordinator in 2024.

Carly Damelio has been promoted to Executive in the Global Touring department’s Brand Partnerships division. Based in Los Angeles, she joined CAA as an assistant in 2019 and was promoted to coordinator in 2024.

Ella Fernandez has been promoted to Executive in the Global Touring department’s Marketing division. Based in Nashville, she joined CAA in 2022 as a tour marketing assistant and was promoted to Professional in 2023. Prior to CAA, Fernandez worked as a social media assistant at iHeartMedia.

Todd Matsumoto has been promoted to Executive in the Global Touring department’s Brand Partnerships division, where he will work on commercial endorsements and brand opportunities for talent across CAA’s roster, with a focus on K-pop, J-pop, AAPI and global Asian music. Matsumoto joined CAA in 2020 as an account manager in the Brand Studio department and moved to Brand Partnerships in 2023. He also serves as co-head of CAA’s Asians in Media employee resource group.
