Live Nation Entertainment has announced a new partnership with BeLive Entertainment Group that will see Live Nation become the majority stakeholder in Movistar Arena Santiago, one of Chile’s largest and most active live entertainment venues.
With a capacity of 15,000, Movistar Arena hosts more than 170 events annually and attracts over one million attendees each year.
The venue plays a central role in Santiago’s live music market, presenting international touring artists, regional acts and Chilean performers, and is widely regarded as a key stop on South American touring routes.
Under the agreement, Live Nation will work alongside BeLive’s local management team to enhance the fan experience, strengthen production capabilities and expand opportunities for both international and local artists.
The partners said the venue’s existing identity and local connections will remain integral to its future development.
“Latin America is one of the most vibrant live music regions in the world, and Chile is a critical stop for artists touring the continent,” said Live Nation CEO and President Michael Rapino. “Partnering with BeLive allows us to strengthen what already works, bring in more great shows, and continue growing the live experience for fans across the region.”
“This partnership marks an important new chapter for Movistar Arena,” said Daniel Hiller, CEO of BeLive Entertainment Group. “Live Nation’s global expertise, combined with the arena’s deep connection to Chilean audiences, will help us continue delivering world-class experiences for some of the most passionate fans anywhere. This allows us to elevate our programming, expand opportunities for artists and fans, and ensure the venue remains a regional benchmark for years to come.”
