Organised by the Berlin Music Commission, the convention will feature 150 speakers across 90 sessions under the theme Transform!, exploring how the music industry can drive and shape change.

This year’s event is built around four strands — Business, Social Impact, NextTech and Scene — covering topics from AI and artist visas to mental health and diversity in live music. Speakers include Patrick Mushatsi-Kareba (former CEO, Sony Music GSA), Robert Owens, Kimberly Balthasar, and Noah Anderson.

Head of Programme Lindi Delight said “This year, MW:M truly embodies transformation — not just as a theme, but within our team itself. We’ve reimagined how we work, collaborate, and curate. I’m proudthat this year’s programme is our most diverse yet, featuring many new voices andfirst-time speakers.“.

CEO Olaf Kretschmar added that MW:M “brings together the music scene, business and politics on equal footing” to strengthen Berlin’s position as a creative hub.

MW:M25 forms part of the wider “November Days | Berlin 2025” partnership with Stadt Nach Acht and Future of Festivals.
