US booking agency Dynamic Talent International has appointed Eileen Mercolino as Senior Vice President of Brand Partnerships, overseeing brand strategy and partnership development for the agency’s expanding roster and entertainment projects.
Mercolino brings more than two decades of experience in music, entertainment, and brand strategy, with previous senior roles at Danny Wimmer Presents, Gibson Brands, SPIN, Disney, Good Things Agency, Live Nation, 20th Century Fox Films, and the Vans Warped Tour.
She has led campaigns and activations for major brands including Microsoft, Pepsi, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Major League Baseball, P&G, and Brown-Forman.
“It was an absolute no-brainer to bring on an industry veteran with the track record Eileen has,” said CEO Trevor Swenson. “Having her as SVP of our Branding and Sponsorships division will create new opportunities for our clients and partners.”
In her new role, Mercolino will focus on high-impact collaborations that connect artists with brands to drive revenue and boost fan engagement.
“Dynamic Talent is building something truly fresh and ambitious,” she said. “I’m excited to create meaningful partnerships that deliver value for both brands and artists.”
Her appointment follows the agency’s recent expansion with the addition of Senior Agent Chris Swartz, Junior Agent and Administrator Tim Fogg, and Agent Gemma Milroy.
Dynamic Talent International represents artists and creators across music, sports, and media, with offices in Los Angeles, Sacramento, Nashville, and Poland.
