OFFLIMITS Festival Named Title Partner for IFF 2025

OFFLIMITS Festival has been confirmed as the title partner for the 2025 International Festival Forum (IFF), set to take place from 9–11 September in central London.
The festival, which launched in Abu Dhabi earlier this year, is produced by UAE-based event company Theory Eleven (T11) Entertainment.
The inaugural edition attracted over 30,000 attendees and featured performances from Ed Sheeran, OneRepublic, Faithless, and Kaiser Chiefs, making it the largest open-format music festival in the UAE to date.
IFF Co-Founder Greg Parmley welcomed the new partnership, saying: “OFFLIMITS is an exciting and creatively ambitious event, blazing a trail in one of the fastest-growing regions. They are a perfect partner for the world’s largest gathering of festivals and agents.”
Sia Farr, CEO and Founder of Theory Eleven, added: “Through genre-spanning lineups and immersive production, we’re aiming to reshape how live entertainment is experienced in the Middle East.”
IFF is an invitation-only event capped at 1,000 attendees, with more than 50 countries represented. It brings together agents and festival promoters for meetings, networking, and discussions on key industry topics.
The 2025 programme will include a keynote interview with AEG Presents’ Jim King and a session with Serbia’s EXIT Festival addressing the political challenges facing event organisers.
A wider range of workshops, networking mixers, and speed-meeting events are also planned.
Major agencies including ATC Live, CAA, ITB, UTA, WME, Wasserman Music, and Primary will be present, alongside a record number of over 300 booking agents from companies such as Fullsteam Agency, X-ray Touring, One Fiinix Live, Earth Agency, Napalm Events, and more.
Other official partners for IFF 2025 include CTS Eventim, See Tickets, Ticketswap, Tysers Live, iTicket Global, Lowline Entertainment Group, and LMP Group.
