Connecting the live music industry
US based TKO Artist Management has announced key staffing changes, with internal promotions for Eric Gundrum and Jordan Bernal, and the addition of Ella Bare as Executive Assistant to the President.
Eric Gundrum has been promoted to Manager, stepping up from his role as Management Coordinator. In his new position, Gundrum will oversee day-to-day operations for artists Mac McAnally and Scotty Emerick, and contribute to Jackson Dean’s management team. A 2021 graduate of Belmont University’s Music Business program, Gundrum began his career at TKO as an intern and later served in assistant roles. He brings road experience supporting Jamey Johnson, Jackson Dean, and McAnally, as well as a background in digital marketing from his time with Lozen Consulting, where he worked on social media campaigns for artists including Toby Keith.
Jordan Bernal has been named Management Coordinator after serving as Executive Assistant to TKO’s President. In his new role, he will support the management teams for Jamey Johnson, Jackson Dean, Mac McAnally, and Scotty Emerick. Originally from California, Bernal studied Communications at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo before relocating to Nashville in 2021. He previously interned with TKO and worked at Troubadour Golf Club before joining the company full-time in 2022.
The company also welcomes Ella Bare as Executive Assistant to President TK Kimbrell. Bare recently graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Marketing and minors in Advertising and Public Relations. She has held internships at Big Loud and Warner Music Nashville and has experience managing social media for her grandfather, Country Music Hall of Fame artist Bobby Bare.
“These developments reflect the culture we’ve worked hard to build—one that values growth, hustle, and a deep commitment to our artists,” said Cassie Petty, General Manager of TKO Artist Management. “We’re excited to see Ella, Eric, and Jordan thrive in their new roles.”
