Veteran music executive Leslie Cohea is joining WME as a partner and music touring executive, the agency announced. She will officially assume her new role on July 14.
Cohea visited WME’s Nashville office this week during the agency’s Losers Live concert series, part of the CMA Music Fest Week festivities, to meet her new colleagues. The free outdoor shows, held June 2–4, featured WME talent and celebrated one of the biggest weeks in country music.
With more than two decades in the industry, Cohea has played a key role in shaping the careers of Kacey Musgraves, Dan + Shay, Little Big Town, and Kelsea Ballerini. She was instrumental in organizing high-profile tours including the Judds’ “Final Tour” and Faith Hill and Tim McGraw’s “Soul2Soul” tour. Her work earned her a spot on Pollstar’s Impact 50 list in 2023.
Before joining WME, Cohea was head of global touring at Sandbox Entertainment and held previous roles at AEG Presents and Messina Touring Group.
