US Talent management Dynamic Talent International (DTI) has officially opened a new office in the heart of Nashville, strengthening its presence in Music City and deepening its commitment to the country music scene.

The expansion includes the addition of Nashville-based agent Robert Baugh (pictured) to the team.

“Extremely excited we are expanding in Nashville — perfect place to grow,” said DTI CEO Trevor Swenson. “We’re looking forward to putting down deeper roots in Music City, adding more country and clients to the company, and being closer to our current partners. Expanding has been a big goal of ours for the last five years. Having Robert on board and this office sets us up for success in this business community.”

Baugh joins a growing Nashville roster that includes agents Jamie Leslie, Jordan Cocklin, Jake Hawkins, Adam Easterling, and Jordyn Rothman. Together, they represent a mix of high-profile and emerging artists such as Danielle Bradbery, Drew Green, and Erin Kinsey.

DTI has operated in Nashville for over a decade, working with artists including Chase Wright, Tyler Nance, and Australian country singer Kaylee Bell. The new office marks a strategic move as the agency looks to build on that foundation.

“I am thrilled to start to continue my journey at Dynamic Talent as we look to expand the brand and overall footprint of DTI in the country space and beyond,” says Baugh. “Getting the opportunity to develop up and coming and established artists under an already successfully Dynamic namesake is what drew me to continue my career at such an exciting and quickly growing company. I am looking forward to bringing my expertise in touring, production and artist development to an organization that has proven to be an innovator over the last 15 years.”

The Nashville expansion comes at a time of broader growth for DTI, which has also recently made inroads into the global pop market. The agency represents several K-pop acts, including P1Harmony—who became the first K-pop group to perform at the Grand Ole Opry—and Mamamoo, who recently completed a sold-out U.S. arena tour.
