The label, distributed by Universal Music, announced that Daniel Hahn has been appointed Head of Booking, a move designed to strengthen the link between label activities and artists` live presence.
The new division aims to support artists not only with the release and marketing of their music but also by providing a platform for live performances and event placements.
Hahn has been associated with VIA Music for several years through his own work as a DJ.
In his new role, he brings extensive experience as an artist agent, along with a broad network within the live music industry. According to the label, his background gives him a strong understanding of both artist and promoter needs, as well as the dynamics of the live sector.
Managing Director Marcel Pieofke emphasised the strategic importance of this expansion:
“With Daniel Hahn, we are gaining not only a true expert in the field of booking, but also reinforcing our philosophy of holistic artist support.
