Kanye West has been dropped by Los Angeles-based talent agency 33 & West, a company representative confirmed.
West was removed from the agency’s music roster, though the duration of his association remains undisclosed.
His former agent, Daniel McCartney, announced the decision on Instagram on Feb. 10, stating that he and the agency would no longer work with West “effective immediately” due to the rapper’s “harmful and hateful remarks.”
The move follows West’s controversial appearance at the Grammys on Feb. 2, where he arrived with his wife, Bianca Censori, who appeared nude.
Shortly after, he posted a series of offensive and racist messages on X, leading to his account’s deactivation.
