The renowned Swiss club festival, Baloise Session, has announced additions to its organizational team.

Bernhard Fischer, Thomas Keller, and Marco Streller are set to join the festival`s ranks, bringing diverse expertise and fresh perspectives to the event`s management.

Bernhard Fischer steps into the role of a Board of Directors member. Previously prominent in the Swiss banking sector, Fischer`s extensive network within the Basel region is seen as a valuable asset.

Steffi Werthmüller, Chairman of the Baloise Session, expressed enthusiasm about Fischer`s appointment: "We are delighted that Bernhard Fischer, a personality with a large network in the Basel region, is joining our Board of Directors." Fischer, an avid attendee of the festival, shared his excitement, stating, "As a long-standing and enthusiastic visitor to the Baloise Session, I am very proud to be part of the Board of Directors and to take on responsibility for this flagship event."

Joining the management team are Thomas Keller and former footballer Marco Streller.

Keller, who has a 15-year background in the cultural sector, is set to bring his rich experience to the top-level management team led by Beatrice Stirnimann and Silvia Krentel. Stirnimann commented, "As an experienced cultural player, Thomas Keller completes our management team at the top level." Keller expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "My heart beats for Basel and its culture, and I could not have imagined a better continuation of my cultural commitment than the Baloise Session."

Stirnimann highlighted the unique qualities Streller brings to the role: "Marco Streller can finally live out his team and winning spirit in his second passion, music." Streller shared his enthusiasm, saying, "I am proud to be part of a company that arouses many emotions and maintains such a rich tradition. I am very pleased to be developing the festival further together with the committed team."

The 2024 edition of the Baloise Session is scheduled to take place from October 17 to November 8.
