THE TEAM - New York

The Team is a global sports, music and entertainment company, founded in Los Angeles in 2002 as Wasserman and rebranded as The Team in 2026.

Its music division was launched in 2021 after acquiring Paradigm Talent Agency’s North American live music business. In 2022, the company expanded into the UK by acquiring Paradigm Music UK, creating a major London booking operation.

The UK business has its roots in CODA Agency, founded in London in 2002. CODA partnered with Paradigm in 2014 and became fully part of Paradigm in 2019 before joining The Team in 2022.
