New Dutch management agency launched
Dutch music executive Bo de Raaff has launched a new management agency, MADE. by Talent, with a focus on talent development, strategic management, and personal coaching.
De Raaff brings more than 18 years of experience in the music industry, having held positions at CTM Publishing, Imagem Music, and Warner Music Benelux. Over the past five years, he served as partner and general manager at CTM Music.
The agency, which began operations with singer Kimberly Fransens, is open to both emerging and established artists.
Its stated goal is to build long-term partnerships with talent and industry professionals, including labels, bookers, and publishers.
“I believe that true talent thrives through space, direction, and a keen eye for opportunities,” said de Raaff. “MADE. by Talent is there for individuals who want to grow and build a successful career—on stage and beyond.”
