The Australian Harvest Rock Festival Returns
After a year’s hiatus and speculation over its future, Harvest Rock will return to Adelaide, Australia on October 25–26.
The festival will take place in Rymill (Murlawirrapurka) and King Rodney (Ityamai-Itpina) parks, presented by Live Nation alongside subsidiaries Secret Sounds and Kick Entertainment.
Launched in 2022 as a collaboration between Secret Sounds and the South Australian Tourism Commission, Harvest Rock has previously featured acts such as Jack White, Crowded House, Jamiroquai, Nile Rodgers & Chic, Paul Kelly, Groove Armada, Sam Fender, Ocean Alley and Tash Sultana. The event pairs international and local artists with food and wine offerings from South Australian chefs and producers, encouraging visitors to explore the region’s wine tours, galleries and restaurants.
In its first two years, the festival drew about 25,000 attendees annually and generated A$34.5 million (€19.3 million) for South Australia’s economy. The 2024 edition was canceled, reportedly due to the absence of an exclusive headliner.
Festival director Ryan Sabet says the 2025 program will “deliver global stadium-sized artists to South Australia, while also championing the region’s world-class food, wine and culture for interstate guests.” The lineup will be announced August 12.
