Katy Perry supports grassroots venues on UK Tour

Katy Perry has announced UK dates for her upcoming "The Lifetimes Tour" in October 2025, with a unique initiative to support grassroots music venues. For every ticket sold, £1 will be donated to the UK charity Music Venue Trust, which works to protect and improve independent venues across the country. The UK leg of the tour begins on October 7 at Glasgow`s OVO Hydro and concludes at London’s O2 Arena on October 13, with stops in Manchester, Sheffield, and Birmingham. Perry highlighted the significance of grassroots venues like London’s Water Rats and Scala, where she played her first UK shows in 2008, and emphasized their role in nurturing future music talent. “I’m proud to donate £1 from every ticket on the UK leg of The Lifetimes Tour to Music Venue Trust so that venues like Water Rats and Scala, where I played my first UK shows, can continue to usher in the next generation of music talent” Perry said.
