Legends has finalized its acquisition of ASM Global, marking the beginning of what it calls its “next era.” The announcement follows an initial agreement reached in November. The companies stated that the completion of the takeover would establish the world`s leading premium live events company, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to fans worldwide. The merger of Legends and ASM Global will offer a data-driven, customizable approach to all aspects of venue operations and revenue generation, with a focus on the sports, entertainment, attractions, conventions, and leisure industries. Legends’ offerings now encompass venue planning, development, and management; content and event booking; partnerships and premium ticketing; as well as merchandise and hospitality services. Since its founding in 2008, Legends has expanded from a hospitality company to a comprehensive service provider working with top brands in sports and entertainment. The company`s expanded geographic footprint will now support partners across Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceania, and the Americas. Despite the merger, ASM Global will continue to operate under its current name for the time being.
