The music festival for the music loving Danish family. A festival where a lot of people are gathered in a rather small area but where you find room for everybody. A festival where safety for every individual is top priority. We aim at giving our guests a great experience with a music program that shows the diversity that characterizes the typical danish family, and it is also important to us that musical experiences take place in a nice and comfortable atmosphere.
Music is a gathering factor at Vig Festival, regardless of taste and age. But common to all is that a visit to Vig Festival hopefully will result in a great experience that can be enjoyed for quite some time An event based on great musical moments, spiced up with togetherness, and where enjoyment is a key-word. Enjoy the music, enjoy the atmosphere and enjoy eachother.

At Vig Festival there are four stages: Hovedscenen (the Main Stage), Hønsehuset (the Hen House), Dueslaget (the Pigeon House) and Børnescenen (the Childrens Stage). The Main Stage is by far the largest stage with an audience capacity of 12.000 people. On this stage you will find the top of danish pop and rock music. The Hen House stage is situated in a big tent with room for 2.500 people. On this stage there will be a diverse selection of upcoming danisk artists, comedians, copy bands as well as new music genres. The Pigeon House stage is situated in a tent with room for almost 1.000 people. at night it is a disco and during the day mainly folk music can be heard from this stage. On The Childrens Stage, the entertaiment is delivered by known artists from childrens TV.

At Vig Festival there are four camping areas. Camp Banen, which are for caravans only. Camp Preben is divided into two areas, one for caravans and one for tents. This is also the aera where you can buy one of the Vig-Wams put up by the festival. Camp Hans is only for tents and is by far the most noisy and active aera.

Every year Foreningen Vig Festival (the Vig Festival Society) distribbutes the profit of the year to charitable and humanitarian causes and organisations.
Local sport societies and associations recieve the largest part of the funds, but also retirement societies, senior citizen centres, cinemas and other in the local aera benefit from a possible profit.
