This collaboration has taken 3 years to come to fruition and is the summation of Colin and Tim's in-depth work. Colin and Tim's integrated language is a milestone for 21st century music rarely found in fusions.

'Tides' is performed by twelve of the UK's finest classical and jazz players forming a distinctive and unique ensemble - players able to read both extremely complex contemporary rhythms and melodic lines as well improvise freely and with sensitivity to unusual harmonies and textures. The individual players span many types of contemporary music and were chosen for their particular 'openness' to this musical hybrid.
