Kris Douglas, performing under the name Dr. Wook, is a singer-songwriter from the Highlands of Scotland. Formerly fronting The Whiskys and often performing with his backing band The Voltaic Disorder, Kris is known for his raw and passionate style, delivering acclaimed live shows across the country. He is also known for being a longtime collaborator with Iain Mclaughlin & The Outsiders.

In 2014, he released his debut EP Never Behind as a limited run of 50 handmade CDs. This was followed by his second release Streetcrawler in April 2016, released on local label IMOUT Records.
