Matpackers is from Vindafjord (near Haugesund, Norway), and must be regarded as one of the best roots band, Rated as the year of the artist in Rogaland NRK (2002).

The acclaimed folk rock band conveys the sound of sailor rock with migrations among the steep mountain West. The rain hits you in the face and the western breeze turns over board when the Matpackership post from land. The supply of native roots and rock and blues songs with texts for reflection on the accented dialect.
