Aggressive Perfector’s punk-infused metal draws inspiration from the past but is right at home

amongst the irradiated post-apocalyptic wastes of the near future. Their debut release, 2016’s

Satan’s Heavy Metal EP established the Manchester-based band as a favourite within the heavy

metal underground and drew praise for its raw take on classic metal that was unafraid to cross the

traditional boundaries of good taste.

UK tours with Power Trip and Midnight followed, as well as a lengthy outing across mainland

Europe and Scandinavia. Next came the Havoc At The Midnight Hour LP. Across 8 tracks, the

debut full-length showed that, after many thousands of miles on the road, the band had arrived at a

sound that was at once heavier, more melodic and lyrically more twisted than ever before.

Complete with Fulci-inspired cover art and released by Dying Victims Productions, rabid maniacs

around the world quickly burned through a first and second pressing of the LP within a year of its

2019 release.

Having prophesied end-of-days pandemonium with their debut, Aggressive Perfector are

weathering the storm of the current apocalypse as they give birth to new material that really will

give people something to worry about…
