Over more than forty years of musical career - as a singer, musician, songwriter, lyricist and producer - Jorge's story is already mixed with Fado's own. And for 2019 (and 2020), he is preparing very special concerts in which he celebrates 30 years of Fernando's release of his first fado album, “Good Night Loneliness”, edited by in 1989 by Polygram (now Universal Music). A disc in which Jorge Fernando starred duets alongside other huge Fado names such as Fernando Maurício, Maria da Fé and José Manuel Barreto.

Disciple of this same Fernando Mauricio, road partner of Amália Rodrigues, composer of huge hits for his voice and that of other artists (“Good Night Loneliness”, “Trigueirinha”, “Can Be Missing”, “Buzios”, “Who Comes to Fado ”,“ Rain ”,“ White Roses for My Love ”or“ Guitar ”), producer of Mariza, Ana Moura or Fábia Rebordão… Jorge Fernando is also, and above all, a huge singer who has left in Fado the unique mark of your voice. With thirteen albums edited in his own name (and dozens of others in which he left his signature as a producer, arranger or musician), Jorge Fernando recently edited another landmark album in his career, “De Mim Para Mim”, which alongside of solo songs is the duet of the single “Mr. Doctor ”, shared with António Zambujo, Agir, Dino D'Santiago and Jorge Nunes.
