She’s a Sailor – bright pop on the horizon

She’s a Sailor celebrates the beauty of melody, harmony, and good arrangements. Standing on the shoulders of pop legends from the ‘60s, such as Brian Wilson, Scott Walker, and David Bowie, She’s a Sailor delivers contemporary and handheld pop music.

The group’s first single, the catchy “Beautiful”, released in April 2016, went in heavy rotation on Danish national radio (DR P4), as did the follow-up, “Back From The Sky”, taken from the EP of the same name, released in October 2016.

She’s a Sailor was formed in 2014 by Jesper Vindberg (lead vocal, guitar) and Thomas Albrechtsen (backing vocal, piano) after more than a decade of friendship, music making, recordings, and concerts in their home country, Denmark. The two songwriters perform on stag with a 5 piece band.
