Merger Management is an independent artist management, consulting, promotion and booking agency based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Merger was founded in January 2005 by Piet Breinholm Bendtsen of the band 18th Dye and named after the first song on the first 18th Dye album. Merger initially focused on management only.

In Autumn 2005 long time friend Jim Q. Holm, joined Merger. Jim had build up and worked with such fine bands and artist as Mew, Rhonda Harris, Nikolaj Nørlund and 18th Dye (among others) during his earlier employments and could offer the network and experience within the booking and management industry that was necessary for Merger.
In October 2006 Piet Breinholm decided to concentrate on his bag design and production: The Last Bag; the drumming of the resurrected 18th Dye and being a member of several boards throughout the Danish music industry and left Merger, only happy to see Jim taking over the business.
Merger has since developed into a multifaceted company, covering booking, consulting, promotion and management.
