The c/o pop festival is luring music lovers to the city on the Rhine with the irresistible rhythms of its urban drums. One thing that will be different this time round is the venue of the festival headquarters, as Norbert Oberhaus, the managing director cologne on pop GmbH, organizer of the festival, announced at a press conference today. c/o pop's new base is the RheinTriadem, handily located next to the Rhine, the station and the cathedral.

The new venue means that more of the festival events can take place under one roof, and also allows for some exciting innovations in the format. As well as hosting the conference c/o pop, which once again will dedicate itself to the burning questions occupying the music and entertainment industry, the RheinTriadem will house the first ever affair c/o pop, a trade fair without the trade fair atmosphere, or perhaps more precisely a platform for electronic labels and practitioners from neighbouring genres that can only benefit from the funky and communicative setting.
