The songwriting/producing team of Carlos de France & Rafa Legisima moved from Madrid (Spain) to Miami (USA) in 1996 where they met in 1998 the also Spanish singer Diana Garcia-Pelayo and decided to create the pop duo fronted by Diana and Rafa.
They released an eponymous album in Spanish (including a French track) in 1999 through Universal Music and toured through Spain, US, Mexico and other countries in Latin America.
Vertigogo's album contained an eclectic mix of pop songs with rock, techno and latin influences with some racy lyrics that created some censorship issues in some of the countries were the album was released along other fresher and darkly humorous titles.

In 2002 Diana and Rafa became husband and wife and decided to leave temporarily their musical careers aside to create their own family. They now live in Las Vegas with their 2 daughters.

Carlos released an album under his own name and now lives in Berlin (Germany) touring through Spain frequently presenting his songs with his charismatic one man show.


The artist Vertigogo is also a former American group who released one indie project before changing their name to Sinomatic in order to avoid conflict with the above artist.
