RLM has played an active role in the major part of the musical landmarks that have and are taking place in Spain. One of its virtues is that of knowing how to project the musical career of its artists in the medium and long terms, paying special attention to the steps to be taken in each case and devoting particular interest to the international side of each artist's development. RLM took off in 1980 with the exclusive management of Miguel Bosé, an artist that it still represents to this day.

1986 saw the commencement of a new era with what was to become the group with the highest sales ever in the history of Spanish pop music: Mecano, with RLM actively participating in the development of the group's career in Spain, France and Latin America.

As from 1987, RLM's roster of artists gradually started to increase. In 1991, the year in which his first album was published, Alejandro Sanz signed an exclusive representation contract with RLM, which since then has continued to take part in his development and international success as a signer and composer.

Today, RLM has an important team of professionals specialised in each area so as to be able to assist its artists in all aspects of their profession.
