JoJo De Freq is the DJ and co-promoter of London's super salacious Nag Nag Nag club. Nag is, as JoJo says, a wear what you want, play what you want kind of place' and it's this attitude that has made it the capital's hottest attracting, in the last two years, globally renowned acts like Dave Clarke, Tiga, Miss Kittin, Hell and a loyal audience of wild revellers that cram it to capacity every Wednesday night.

Though fellow Nag residents JonnySlut and Fil OK favour more trashy, punk-electro JoJo's sets are altogether different as she skillfully mixes tuneful techno, electro-disco and synthetic house throwing across some curve-balls to keep the party rockin'. You are as likely to hear underground sounds from Ascii Disco, The Hacker and Antony Rother as you are a classic rave track or an electro-pop anthem. Her goal is to turn the wallflowers into floorpieces!

JoJo left her native Vancouver three years ago bored with the cities club scene to find London's in no better shape. She soon found like-minded souls who were attracted to the burgeoning neo-electro scene from which Nag Nag Nag exploded. Following the rise of Nag the 26 year old has become a sought after DJ at cutting edge clubs like Fabric, Bugged Out!, Fesh, 21st Century Body Rockers and Electric Stew.

Her spirited style and attitude has found her in demand internationally with return gigs in Paris, Barcelona, Berlin, Jerusalem, Ghent, Portugal, Cologne, Switzerland and New York. Last year she played to 1,000 party people at the Glastonbury festival and even Manumission and Space in Ibiza where she proved to be a refreshing alternative to the sanitised house that has long dominated the island.
