Northstarz is a dance/techno DJ group consisting of Ian Bland and Martin Neary . The group is also known as Neon 8. They are reputedly based in England but they are well known in the Underground dance/techno scene. They have released only four singles with the most popular being Baby Baby which was released in December 2004. They released another widely popular single, Stay, in July 2006.
