FAUNA FLASH

Having created a strong identity in the three years from the release of their debut album "Aquarius" up to the current release "Fusion" on Compost Records Roland Appel and Christian Prommer aka Fauna Flash from Munich are one of the most respected acts of their genre worldwide. Their DJ sets fuse influences from house, dub, drum'n'Bass, jazz, latin, brazil, hiphop to soul music. Both being professional producers and musicians, they record together with Rainer Trüby as Trüby Trio. Cooperating with Peter Kruder they explore the darker and deeper regions of broken beats in Voom:Voom. An album of remixes off their "Fusion" album called "Confusion" was released in January 2002.
