About the Management

My name is Román János, an independent band manager from Hungary. I work with emerging rock bands, focusing on building their careers both in the local and international music scenes.

Currently, I manage three active bands: Whiskey Roll (dirty/hard rock, Budapest), HorsePower (modern rock, Budapest), and KP. Project (hard rock, Miskolc). My role includes:
• Concert booking and tour planning – arranging club shows, festival appearances, and international opportunities.
• Strategic development – helping the bands define their brand, grow their social media presence, and connect with their audience.
• Industry networking – building relationships with promoters, booking agencies, festivals, and other artists for collaborations.
• Business management – financial planning, contracts, and coordinating logistics for sustainable growth.

My goal is to create professional opportunities for these bands by connecting them with the right partners – promoters, booking agencies, management companies, and festival productions – while ensuring they deliver strong, energetic shows that leave a lasting impression.
