Over the last few years Si Cranstoun & his band have steadily climbed the retro scene ladder onto becoming one of the top names on the market. He continues to sell out all the club venues he plays with fans queuing round the block hours before the doors open.
Formerly half of the dynamic duo ‘The Dualers’ ( two UK Top 30 hits ‘ Kiss On The Lips’,Truly Madly Deeply’) Si was trained to the level of ‘Grand Master’ in art of songwriting by Grammy Award winning Graham Lyle ( who penned hits for Michael Jackson, Tina Turner). As with so many acts songwriting is the key and we at ‘Si Cranstoun HQ” feel that there’s no better showcase of Si’s songwriting talents than the collection found on his forthcoming new album ‘ Dancehalls & Supper Clubs’
Si’s unique blend of spiritually soulful vocals & upfront rockin rhythms provide the ideal foundation from which his punchy horn section blazes. But the main reason every major vintage event & dance club around the world has booked Si Cranstoun is because he makes you want to dance and once you’ve taken to the dance floor – he’ll keep you there ..ALL NIGHT !!
