Halogen Media Works is a multi-media company based in Essex Junction, VT specializing in a variety of music services ranging from artist talent representation and talent buying to, event management and consulting. We represent artists in from many genres including Reggae, Funk, Bluegrass, & Electronic genres.

Halogen was founded in 1997 by CEO/President Justin Hoy in Plainfield, VT, on the campus of Goddard College. Halogen has continued to grow and develop, representing regional and national music and entertainment talent, as well as venues & promoters.
