Larger
than life icons of pop items should spread the feeling of pop
culture. For recreation the hotel offer their guests a Computer
Pool, a '60s-themed Hippy Dippy Pool, a Bowling Pin Pool and
a Pop jet water fountain.
Those who maybe thought that pop in terms of music matters
will probably be disappointed. Pop from the entertainment
manager’s point of view rather includes Rubik's Cubes
and Duncan Yo- Yos, or 65-foot-tall bowling pins and 55-foot
cellular phones. Maybe they suffered from a lack of inspiration,
as we don’t know why they didn’t go for wax figures
of Johnny Rotten or Eminem or a 67-foot-big drum set as roller
coaster for kids.
