Move Concerts joins forces with Workshow to form WMM
Move Concerts, one of the largest independent concert promoter in Latin America, has joined forces with WorkShow and Brazilian entrepreneur Marcus Buaiz to form full-service talent agency WMM.

Beside bookings, WMM will assist artists "with the back office component of their careers, sponsorship/branding opportunities, and social media," according to a press release.

WorkShow is Brazil`s top management and artist booking company, with clients that include Paris Saint-Germain soccer player Neymar da Silva Santos JĂșnior, who also plays for the Brazilian national team.

WMM is the brainchild of Pepeu Correa (pictured), an executive with experience in the financial markets and in live entertainment, who created the model for the three companies as a joint venture.

"We plan to improve the professionalism of a market known for its peculiar and challenging characteristics," he explains in a press release. "Our roster of artists will benefit from WMM as they`ll be able to rely on a company structure and support rarely seen before in Brazil."

Phil Rodriguez, CEO of Move Concerts, says in a statement "This is an exciting opportunity. We bring not only our extensive touring experience in South America to the table but also, with our offices in various countries throughout the region, the possibility of assisting some of our artists to become established in these markets as well as in Brazil."

Wander Divino de Oliveira, president of WorkShow, whose roster includes Marilia Mendonca, Maira and Maraisa, and Henrique and Juliano says "We have the ambition and the willingness to grow, but more importantly we want to keep our feet on the ground, focused on results, not glamour."

William Crunfli, president of Move Concerts Brazil, adds, "Live entertainment requires productive performance in several areas. With WMM we plan to invest in various verticals within the world of live entertainment."

"We have a lot of ongoing projects, and we are going to amaze the market with our structure and professionalism," promises Marcus Buaiz, WMM partner.
