• other graphical materials that you want to use in your ad as .eps/ .ai/ .gif/ .jpg/ .tif
• advertisement text
• description of the advert layout and size

Approval process:
Adverts will be sent for approval to the customer within 3 working days after materials have been delivered. Any changes of the banner produced by VIP-Booking will be discussed with the customer only if the delivered layout description has not been fulfilled by VIP-Booking. Extra changes that have not been described in the delivered layout description will be made at an extra charge.

Conditions:
Payment for all advertisements should be made in advance. VIP-Booking reserve the right to reject any advertisement based solely on our discretion.
